Did you know you have an electrical system that runs through your body called the Meridian? Sometimes you will get static in the lines and may need a little help clearing the system. That is where Meridian Tapping or EFT Tapping comes in. It can clear out the static where the negative emotions are residing and when you do that the uncomfortable emotions are dissolved.
I know. It worked for me. I was suffering from Panic Attacks and this is how I overcame them. I have been panic free for 5 years! If I can do it, you can too!. Read my "About Ann" page for the complete story.
Whether it is PTSD, Guilt, Fears, Physical Pain or just Daily Stress from living in this fast paced world:

"As a long-time sinusitis suffer, having to take decongestant medicine every 11 hours to stave off migraines, I had my doubts about the ability of EFT to address my inflammation & pain. However after a session w/Ann I felt relief right away and it lasted.
Thank you - I'm so glad we met!"

"... I have to say my leg, hip, thigh pain is COMPLETELY gone. This morning it seemed to be getting worse and after our little "session" it got better with each passing minute. I guess it was me and my energy making it hurt worse.... "THANK YOU!" from the bottom of my heart. I was about in tears this morning and had just been gritting my teeth to get by. I have no pain whatsoever now!!!! She is wonderful!!!!
Thanks for everything"

"I worked with Ann to help relieve my phobia of flying. The technique used was different and it was easy, painless and helped me to relax. I even got a 'quick fix' trick to use if needed. It was a great session and I've released my fear!"

Follow up with Rene after her flight:
"Flying went well. I actually had a layover in St. Louis and had 2 times to test the boarding/takeoffs. Leaving Dallas was really good. I put my bag under my seat and left it there took off great. The next time was good too, but after I put my stuff under the seat I had a thought of fidgeting with it, but didn't. I used the quick fix tap on my wrist and was just fine."
"Ann, My flights went great and although I was still somewhat uneasy, my anxiety was remarkably decreased. I did the tapping on my inner wrist and it did wonders to distract me. Also the discussion about "control" helped a great deal - You are fabulous - ...Many thanks!"
