EFT Tapping Points
Point 1. (TH) Top of the head . If you put yor thumbs in your ears and meet your fingers
at the top of the head, that is the point.
Point 2. (IE) The nose side of your eyebrow, either one, left
or right side or both -- some people like to be balanced.
Point 3. (OE) Outside corner of your eye, again either side.
Point 4: (UE) Under the eye, on
the optical ridge bone, again either side.
Point 5. (UN) Upper-lip just below your nose.
Point 6. (CHIN) Just below your
lower lip, right between your lower lip and the crease of your chin.
Point 7. (Chest) Now make a fist
and thump below your throat where your two collar bones meet.
Point 8. (UA) This one is under your arm about a hands width
below the armpit.

9. Karate Chop point: (KC) This point that is used occationally: If you are right-handed,
take your left hand, hold it palm facing you and look at that fleshy spot on the
bottom of the left hand between the top of the wrist and the base of the little
fingers. This is where you would do a karate chop. Use two or three fingers of
the other hand to tap the point. You can switch hands if you get tired.
